We offer free shipping worldwide on all items, except for freebies, postage needs to be covered on these items. We don't deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Order processing time is approx 1-3 business days before shipment after we receive payment.
We ship our items from the nearest warehouse to your location for the shortest delivery time possible. Delivery time depends on the location of our warehouses and where the item is going. If ordered item(s) are not in stock at the nearest warehouse to your location, we will ship from our international warehouse located in Asia. Please expect multiple item orders to be shipped separately from different warehouses.
Parcels usually arrive in 7-15 working days (excluding weekends/holidays) to the USA, UK , Australia, Canada but it may take up to 20-30 days for some locations. If more than 40 days have passed please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order.
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday/birthday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates. Delays beyond our control can happen when items land in your country and go through your country's customs inspection or delay in the mail.
ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS
Customers who order multiple items from our store may have these items fulfilled by multiple warehouses in Asia and will most likely get those items in separately mailed packages.
This is due to logistical reasons, where items may not all be in the same warehouse or city. Most of the time, these packages will arrive on different days, sometimes a few days apart, or even a couple weeks apart.
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. We do not have any control over these charges.
The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes, if applicable in your country.
We will only ship to the address we have on file for you or as it appears on your invoice/order, so please make sure this is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to make any changes to your order once the order has been processed for delivery.
We are not responsible for any wrong or invalid shipping address. If your shipment is refused or returned to us as undelivered, we will issue a refund minus our outbound shipping cost and restocking fee.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please be sure to review your receipt to confirm your order is correct.
We will however honor and ship free of charge the correct item, if your order was an error on either from us or our distributors.
Refunds may also be given at anytime as if we do not carry the appropriate stock available to fulfill your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, there will be NO REFUND.
Note: There will be a 15% Restocking fees on all Returns.
**Refunds - Items must be with original packaging and Unused, otherwise they will not be eligible for a refund.**

If any products come damaged due to shipping please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item. We will replace the item for you free of charge.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
